When your order leaves and when it lands
Everything is packed at 549 Locust Street by a person whose name is on the packing slip.
Processing time
In-stock items are packed and handed to the carrier within one to two business days. Made-to-order items — currently the Riveted Overall and any custom run — take three to four weeks, and the estimated ship week is confirmed by email within 24 hours of your order.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is scanned. If tracking has not updated in three business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to.
Lost, late or damaged
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we ship a replacement at our cost. If it arrives damaged, send a photo of the box and the garment within seven days and we will replace it. We do not require you to file the carrier claim — that is our job.
International
We do not currently ship outside the United States, including to Canada. We would rather say so plainly than take an order we cannot fulfill well. If you are abroad and want something badly enough, email us and we will tell you honestly what a freight-forwarder route would cost.
Addresses
We ship to residential, commercial and APO/FPO addresses. PO boxes are fine via USPS. Please double-check apartment and suite numbers — the single most common delivery failure we see is a missing unit number.
